How are fundraising revenues used?
In order to keep tuition low enough to accomodate families from diverse economic backgrounds, Raindrop Cooperative Preschool conducts fundraising activities throughout the year. The annual auction is our school's biggest fundraiser and enables us to subsidize the cost of the high quality education our children receive.
Revenues from fundraising activities supplement the general budget and are applied toward school operating expenses such as facility rent and teacher salaries.
One of our largest and most important fundraisers is the annual auction. All families are required to participate with various jobs and providing items for the auction itself. It is a fun event and a great time to invite friends and family to check out great items.
